  • Diane Honig

    Diane Honig is our Director of Personal Training and holds an ACE certification both in personal training and group fitness instruction.

     

    On a personal note...
    Diane enjoys working with a broad range of clients to help them toward their fitness goals. Making exercise fun and interesting is how she keeps her clients engaged and motivated. Diane specializes in Pre/Post natal exercise, seniors, athletes and those who strive to be athletes. Diane is also certified in Half Moon Pilates.

  • Liane Pluchino

    Liane Pluchino is our Director of Group Fitness and holds an AFAA certification both in group fitness instruction and personal training.

     

    On a personal note…
    Liane has worked as a movement instructor for young children, and has trained men and women of all ages. She stresses the uniqueness of your body and guides you towards making it the best it can be.

  • Renee Newkirk

    Renee Newkirk is AFAA certified both as a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer. She is also certified as a TRX instructor.

     

    On a personal note…

    Renee has worked as a high school rowing coach, and has experience training people of all ages and levels of fitness.  She believes fitness is the foundation to a complete and healthy lifestyle, and loves to motivate her clients to achieve their goals.

  • Kevin Noll

    Kevin Noll holds a prestigious ACSM certification in personal training. He is also a certified
    running coach with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). Kevin lends an experienced
    hand to those interested in improving their overall fitness, as well as seasoned endurance athletes.

     

    On a personal note…
    Kevin is also a marathoner, ultramarathoner, triathlete, and enjoys horsemanship.

  • Norman Christianson

    Norm Christianson is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer.

     

    On a personal note…
    Norm, along with being certified in Personal Training, has been working in the fields of Health, Clinical and Sports Psychology and feels that these are tools that can be helpful in training his clients. Norm is genuinely concerned about health and well being, and sets an excellent example in the importance of being active both physically and mentally.

  • Peter Bergamo

    Peter Bergamo is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and trains seniors for Optimum Performance.

     

    On a personal note…
    Peter focuses on client’s specific needs using proper form, intensity, and frequency-better preparing them to be the best they can be whether it be their athletic desires, hobbies, life challenges and beyond. His belief is simple….a prepared body will perform best and with reduced injuries!
