  • Liane Pluchino

    Liane Pluchino is our Director of Group Fitness and holds an AFAA certification both in group fitness instruction and personal training. She has specialized training as a “Gold” certified Turbo Kick instructor, and is a TRX instructor.

  • Carla Angevine

    Carla Angevine is our Director of Nutritional Counseling. Carla is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, with a prestigious ACSM certification in personal training. She also holds certifications and special training with Spinning, Urban Rebounding, PiYo and Zumba.

  • Vanessa Anderson

    Vanessa Anderson is certified as a Zumba instructor. She did her Zumba training in Sao Paulo Brazil. She is also a Zumbatonic instructor, which is Zumba for kids, as well as a certified Turbo Kick instructor.

  • Denise Hernandez

    Denise Hernandez is certified as a Zumba instructor, with 24 years experience in dance.

  • Meagan Pelletier

    Meagan Pelletier is certified in Power Yoga which is a combination of Core, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yang, and has been training with Jill Miller Yoga Tune Up.

  • Ann Marie McGrath

    Ann Marie is certified in Kripalu Yoga and teaches Hatha Yoga with an Anusara theme.

  • Kerryanne Mathews

    Kerryanne Mathews is an AFAA certified personal trainer. In addition to a highly tenured ballerina having performed with the Nutmeg Ballet Company in Torrington, CT; the American Ballet Theatre Company in NYC, and the Hartford Ballet, Kerryanne is an avid cyclist and runner.

  • Matt Pagano

    Matt Pagano is a Chiropractic Physician and a serious triathlete and cyclist. He has been riding and teaching group cycling for 9 years.

  • Renee Newkirk

    Renee Newkirk is AFAA certified both as a group fitness instructor and a personal trainer. She is also certified as a TRX instructor.

  • Kim D'Andrea

    Kim D’Andrea is ACE certified in group fitness, and as a personal trainer. She also holds certifications and special training with Keiser Power Pacing and Urban Rebounding.

  • Lizzie Kabelka

    Lizzie Kabelka is ISSA certified as a personal trainer. She also holds certifications and special training in Pilates and Keiser Power Pacing.

  • Joanne Raspanti

    Joanne Raspanti is IFA certified in group fitness. She also holds a 200 hour Lotus Gardens Yoga Certification.

  • Dean Roberts

    Dean Roberts is AFAA certified in group fitness.

  • Janet Taylor

    Janet Taylor is IFA certified in group fitness, with AFAA certification as a personal trainer. She also holds certification and special training in Keiser Power Pacing, Pilates, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education.

  • Samantha Tilley

    Samantha Tilley is a certified Mad Dog Athletics “Johnny G” group Spinning instructor. Sam specializes in Interval and Heart Rate Training. Sam is also certified in Hatha Yoga through the Yoga Institute of Houston.

  • Sandra Waugh

    Sandra Waugh has special training and certification in Black Belt Nia.
